Absolutely loved this mug, took good care of it, only washed it by hand, however after using it only a handful of times the handle came off in my hand while I was drying with a tea towel and it smashed on the floor. Great looking item, unfortunately raw materials were very poor quality, especially for the price.

Excellent item. Excellent, professional customer service. Buyer beware for those gifting an item - Royal Mail 48 does not guarantee delivery in that timeframe. Not the seller's fault.
